Times of stress need to be balanced with times of peace and relaxation to ensure optimal health and wellness. Sound healing (also known as "sound baths") are an ancient practice that understands the principle that all living matter is composed of frequency and vibrations. By playing specific sound frequencies using various tools (crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, etc.), the body is stimulated to use it's own natural abilities to heal and restore a balance of physical and mental well-being. We hold a group sound healing session the 3rd Friday of the month at 200 Elm Street in Manchester, NH. Check-in is by 6:45pm so everyone can settle in around the Dojo. Please bring a towel or yoga mat, small pillow or hand towel for your neck, and water.

Join us at the beautiful Triskelia Wellness in Derry, NH as we honor the August full moon - a Sturgeon, rare super blue moon - with a night of rejuvenation and healing. We start off with a 30-minute group sound healing bath followed by a Reiki Holy Fire healing experience including a lavendar oil relaxing had massage (optional). You will leave feeling lighter and more relaxed. See you there!

This event is booked through EventBrite. Your hosts are Christine Nih'shaw - certified herbalist, nutrition health & wellness coach, and sound healer; Dr. Dawn Buik - chiropractor, certified yoga instructor, functional medicine practitioner, and Reiki Master; and Elizabeth Barnes - Licensed Massage Therapist. 

Seating will be outdoors by the pond - weather permitting. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lie on and a hand towel or small neck pillow. For inclement weather, we'll be inside. Comfortable chairs will be provided, otherwise if you wish to lie on the floor, please bring your own yoga mat/blanket and a neck pillow or small towel.
