Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. 

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

No shows and cancellations

Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. To be courteous to them and to me, please give 24-hour notice of cancellations. Except for emergency situations, missing an appointment without adequate notification may result in a $65 fee assessed to your account. All fees must be paid before another appointment is scheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session – whether virtual or in-person – may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your coach will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session given; you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your coach and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
